Jacqueline Zesiger, Executive MBA HSG, University of St. Gallen, is
the owner of Globalworking GmbH.
Her more than 30 years of inter-national professional experience
in corporations and as an entrepreneur, she passes on as expertise in meetings, group presentations and one-on-one discussions. The advice
is ad hoc, by the hour, with the intention of finding the best possible business solution for the company or for yourself. She knows the regulatory processes as well as
the business platform – an ideal prerequisite for quickly recognizing and resolving the topic. Her achievements are characterized
by many years of experience in
large compa-nies and Government as well as in the field of Inter-national Human Resources
Management.

Today, Jacqueline Zesiger works mainly as a Coach and Sparring Partner. Her focus is consultancy
in the field of Change Management in topics of Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare and the associated professional and strategic realignment. Mostly she speaks
with people who orient themselves in this environment, e.g. because
of internal changes in companies, career planning or reorientation
of persons over 50. Various training and further education in the health sector (CAS Palliative Care, University of Lucerne, therapies, EMR-certified) enables her to recognize stressful situations and to approach them preventively. She is a member of the Alumni Organization Executive MBA University of Zurich and has served on the board for many years.
She is also a member of the Alumni Organization Executive MBA University of St. Gallen, where
she actively act as a mentor.

She speaks German, English,
French, Portuguese and Spanish.
